Tenants Responsibilities and Conditions of Tenancy:

The successful applicant (s) will be in full time employment. The tenant (s) will be responsible for any fixtures and furnishings provided by the landlord (fair wear and tear accepted); for the payment of Council Tax, services and other outgoings unless otherwise stated. If the subject property is to be offered furnished, an inventory will be prepared as to those items being provided by the landlord. Photographic evidence will also be taken as to the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy. Rent & Bond Requirements:
